How does the WP101 Plugin work?

Getting started with the WP101 Plugin takes less than two minutes!

  1. First, choose the subscription plan that best fits your needs.
  2. Next, install the WP101 Plugin on your client's WordPress site.
  3. Finally, copy an API key from your API Key Panel and paste it into the WP101 Plugin Settings on the site in question.
  4. Once you've activated the plugin on your client's site, choose which videos you want them to see!
  5. That's it! Now, sit back and relax while your client watches our training videos in their own WordPress dashboard. They'll be singing your praises in no time!

“Help! Where are the videos for WooCommerce, Elementor, Ninja Forms, or WPForms?”

The tutorial videos for WooCommerce, Elementor, Ninja Forms, WPForms, etc. will only appear in the list when their corresponding plugin is also installed and activated on the same site. We do this to minimize confusion by only showing videos that are relevant to the site in question.

As our video library grows, it could become overwhelming to show a dozen or more courses for plugins that aren't installed on that person's site. To show the videos for a particular plugin, just be sure that plugin is also installed and activated on the site in question. Then the videos for that plugin will appear in the list.

How do I add my own custom videos?

It's easy to add your own custom videos to your client’s dashboard. First, record your custom tutorial video and upload it to your favorite video host. Then, copy the URL to the video and paste it into the “Custom Videos” tab in your WP101 Plugin dashboard. Finally, choose the domain(s) on which you'd like your video to appear! Learn More

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

The videos will continue to play on your client's site as long as your subscription is active. Should you choose to cancel your subscription, your client will see a notification, inviting them to subscribe to a Personal Plan in order to continue enjoying the videos.

How do I hide videos that aren’t relevant to my client?

First, visit the “Domains” panel within your WP101 Plugin Dashboard and click the domain you want to edit. Click the course title, then select any of the video titles to toggle their visibility. You can even hide an entire series by clicking the checkbox at the bottom. View a Screenshot

Are the videos white-labeled, or do they contain the WP101 logo?

All of the videos in the Agency Plan are completely white-labeled, with no logo or mention of WP101, reinforcing your own brand and unique value to your customers. Videos in the Personal and Freelancer plans are branded with the WP101 logo at the beginning and end of each video.

Can I embed the WordPress 101 videos on my own site?

Yes! By default, the WP101 Plugin displays the videos within your client's WordPress dashboard. But with an Agency Plan, you can also embed our 31-part WordPress 101 video series on password-protected pages on your own website! Learn More
